About The Roll Model® Method The Roll Model Method is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model®Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, Check In and Re Check, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation). The four different Roll Model Therapy Balls used within the Roll Model® Method are the YTU Original Therapy Balls, the Therapy Ball PLUS, the ALPHA Ball, and the Coregeous® Ball. Each provide a different size and density to help target various body areas uniquely and allow for varying pressure needs to help craft an individualized approach.
